The Brief

We were asked to deliver a memorable Christmas party for approximately 150 guests for a longstanding client.

The goal was to create a luxurious festive celebration that combined exquisite dining, elegant décor, and unique guest experiences. The client wanted a 5-star atmosphere where guests could connect, relax, and celebrate the holiday season in style.

Key objectives included curating a bespoke canapés and three-course festive menu paired with fine wines, organising engaging entertainment, and adding thoughtful personal touches like floral decorations and sustainable gifts to make the evening unforgettable.

Delivery

The event took place in the stunning Corinthia Hotel London.
With a justified reputation for high-end hospitality, on arrival guests were wowed by the venue’s grandeur and polished welcome. Diners enjoyed a curated selection of canapés followed by a bespoke three-course festive menu, all perfectly paired with accompanying fine wines.

The tables throughout the grand dining room were beautifully decorated with opulent place settings and stunning Christmas wreath table centrepieces.

High-end purple and gold lighting effects lent a warm, sophisticated, festive ambience to the occasion. A fantastic DJ kept energy high, while a professional photographer captured magical moments. Guests were delighted by hand-painted and sketched portraits by artist Sienna, and each received a handmade wreath from a Covent Garden florist, adding a sustainable and personal touch.

Results

This Christmas Party was a resounding success, with overwhelmingly positive feedback praising the seamless luxury experience, thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Stunning photos captured the festive joy, aiding future promotion of the client’s events. Plans are already underway to continue this festive tradition for next year!
