The Brief

Our international client approached us to create a bespoke 2.5-day London experience for 40 guests, blending a conference programme with exceptional evening activities. While the business sessions would take place at their partner’s offices, we were tasked with organising all other elements.

This included hotel stays, transport, dining, entertainment, and all the little details in between. Drawing on our insider knowledge of this City, we designed an itinerary full of variety – from iconic skyline views to West End sparkle and dining with a twist – giving guests not only a seamless trip but stories to take home.

Delivery

We kicked things off by welcoming guests to The Tower Hotel – perfectly placed beside Tower Bridge and the River Thames, so they could soak in the London views from the moment they arrived.

Night one set the tone with a private evening cruise aboard The Edwardian from Thames Luxury Charters. As the boat glided along the Thames, guests enjoyed a three-course dinner paired with unbeatable views of London’s skyline lit up against the night sky.

Night two swapped riverside glamour for West End excitement – tickets to MJ The Musical had everyone tapping their feet, and the energy carried over to dinner at Sarastro Restaurant. With its colourful, theatrical décor and wonderfully quirky vibe, it was the perfect setting to round off the trip in style. Throughout the event, we handled all transport, timings, and logistics so guests could relax and just enjoy London at its best.

Results

The trip was a huge success – blending the professionalism of a well-organised business programme with the excitement of seeing London through the eyes of a local.

Following the event, the client relayed how much they valued our attention to detail in really listening and responding to their brief, their interests and their goals. Key organisers highlighted our knowledge of the city and ability to create an itinerary that felt authentic but utterly different from a generic corporate trip as a key point of difference for them.
