The Brief
Following the success of the previous year’s event, our client was eager to return to Aqua Shard for their 2024 celebration, this time with an upgraded experience to impress their growing guest list.
The brief was to deliver a sophisticated yet fun evening that would exceed expectations and reflect the client’s brand prestige. Key goals included elevating the entertainment, enhancing the food and drink offerings, and accommodating record attendance. Our task was to manage the entire event – from first communications and venue negotiations to coordinating catering, entertainment, and guest experience.
The client wanted a seamless, interactive evening where guests could mingle, enjoy fine food and drinks, and be wowed by unique performers that added an extra spark of magic and elegance.




Delivery
We curated an unforgettable evening at the stunning Aqua Shard, ensuring every element was perfectly executed. Guests enjoyed a delicious new canapé menu paired with an unlimited drinks package, creating a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere.
We coordinated the CEO’s speech from the grand staircase at Aqua Shard – providing a striking backdrop and a prestigious moment for the CEO to look across the venue and address all guests.
Entertainment was a highlight: a masterful 9-piece show band set the tone with dynamic live music, while roaming performers – a talented silhouette cutter and a masterful magician – added interactive and sophisticated surprises throughout the night. Our team coordinated logistics, timings, and vendor management seamlessly, ensuring the event flowed effortlessly and guests experienced the elevated vibe the client envisioned.
