The Brief

Our client, a global non-profit dedicated to ending modern slavery, approached us to organise their 10-year anniversary conference at BMA House. This milestone event needed to bring together 150 international guests for a day of impactful conversations, showcasing their latest progress and galvanising support for their mission. The brief included full event management – from initial communications and detailed planning to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up.

Accessibility was a key priority, as the audience was global, requiring interpreters and inclusive logistics. The client wanted the conference to be both inspiring and seamless, with strong branding and opportunities for meaningful connection.

We were entrusted to create a professional yet warm environment that reflected the gravity of their work and the celebratory nature of the anniversary.

Delivery

We managed every element from start to finish, beginning with thorough planning and coordination. The day featured a welcome keynote, panel discussions, and the unveiling of the client’s latest impact report, designed to highlight achievements and future goals.

To ensure inclusivity, professional interpreters supported accessibility throughout the conference. This allowed all guests to engage fully, with interpretation available both from English into their native languages and vice versa. Beautiful, branded signage reinforced the event’s messaging and identity across the venue.

Guests enjoyed a delicious lunch, followed by a reception in the courtyard where they could network and connect over drinks. Our on-site team ensured smooth transitions between sessions and handled all logistics, allowing the client to focus fully on their agenda.
