In an ideal world, 3-6 months in advance gives us the best chance to secure top venues and suppliers. However, we’re experts at last-minute events too!
We’ll always aim to start with an introductory call with you to truly understand your vision and expectations. From there, we’ll present bespoke ideas tailored to your needs and work with you to narrow these down to your final venue and supplier selections. After that, we will manage all logistics and collaborate closely with you to plan your event, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Of course! Some clients prefer full control, while others would rather hand it all over – we’re flexible and will work with you at whatever level of involvement you would prefer.
